We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages, please make sure to double-check your shipping information before placing your order. We can ensure the product quality only before the delivery.
訂單一經確認，代表客人同意及清楚所有訂購細則條款。
Once the order is confirmed, it means you agree to all the rules and terms of the order. If there is any dispute, 56tae reserves the right of final decision.
HOW TO ORDER?
① 填想購買的周邊的表單
1. Fill in the specific order form.
② 在截數日期前入數
2. Make the deposit before deadline.
③ 在入數紙寫上購買物品，金額和姓名
3. Please make sure to write down your Instagram ID, exact product name and amount on your receipt.

④ 連同入數紙，按照電郵格式在截數日期前發送電郵
4. Send an order email following the email format inside the specific order form before deadline.
所有款項會以入數紙為準 沒有入數紙按沒有付款處理
Please be reminded that payment cannot be confirmed without a payment receipt.
確認電郵會在周邊截數後統一發出
An order confirmation email will be sent after the deadline is over.
CANCELLATION & RETURN POLICY
付款後除非該貨品取消制作並會進行退款，否則在任何情況下付款後不設退款。
No order cancellation is accepted. Unless the product is canceled and a refund is given by the seller, there will be no refund under any circumstances after payment.
退款處理一律需於一個月內進行，超過一個月後不會再處理該貨品的退款程序。
退款會於收到銀行戶口後14天內進行，沒有個別通知，如需退款證明，請提前申請。
All refunds must be processed within one month. Refund will be processed within 14 days after receiving the bank info. No individual notification will not be issued individually without any request in advance.
貨品到貨前後會發出補款電郵，收到補款電郵後務必在一星期內進行補款，逾期不會退款並沒收周邊。
A replenishment email will be sent before or after the product's arrival. Replenishment payment must be made up within one week after receiving the replenishment email. Overdue will not be refunded and the product will be confiscated without any notification.
所有貨品必須在抵達後的一個月內領取（包括個人交收／集體交收／本地國際郵寄）
All stuff must be picked-up within one month after arrival. You can choose individual meetup, group meetup, local and international delivery when the product arrives. Products will be confiscated and re-released without any notice after the pick-up period.
如果貨品出現損壞情況，需要有開箱影片才能為你進行退換，不接受以圖片證明。注意開箱影片需要在包裝未開封的情況下開始拍攝，需要清楚看到貨品的單號和包裝情況。
Please make sure to take an unboxing video for exchange & refund of defective products. Photos are not accepted.
INdividual/ group meet-up
個人交收可通過Instagram direct message預約，收到回覆代表成功預約個人交收。
You can make a reservation for individual meet-ups through direct message on Instagram. Please make sure you get an answer after sending the meetup form. The meetup is confirmed once you get an answer from us.
集體交收公告會透過Instgram post或story發佈，詳細日期和時間地點請留意公告。如希望出席集體交收，請填寫交收表格。集體交收交收表格會在交收前上傳至網站。
Group meet-ups notice will be posted through Instagram posts and stories. Please be noticed that there will be one timeslot only per meet-up. A group meet-up google form will be uploaded if there is any upcoming group meet-ups. You can make a reservation for group meet-ups through google form.
如果你錯過或者遲到任何已預約的個人或集體交收，屆時會有罰款。
There will be a fine if you are late for meet-ups or you miss any reserved meet-ups.
